How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 22 days from the delivery date to return your item and provide proof of tracking when you ship it back. Shipping fees must be handled by the customer. Please email us before sending in a return so that we know to look out for it.

What items are returnable?
Most apparel and all handbags are returnable within 22 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked SALE
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
- If the coupon code FINALSALE is used.
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked SALE, it cannot be returned.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.
